Missional Uneasiness

Do you ever get uneasy about what you are doing? Maybe you get antsy? The one thing that makes me the most uneasy is a realization that I am not being Missional in my ministry. Some people are motivated by bigger churches, but I am motivated by missions. Of course I spent 4 years in a new church start. It was the most fulfilling 4 years of my ministry. I feel a tension in trying to lead an established church to be missional. Sometimes it looks very good, and some people really get it. I do not have all the answers, and definitely have not arrived, but I do have a restlessness. I know these are ramblings, but I felt a need to ramble a little. Maybe I am not alone in feeling this way. Maybe you want to be a Fellow Traveler in the ministry of the Kingdom. Let's go!
